Raw Material Inspection
We have many reliable contract suppliers specializing in the production of swimming pool chemicals and industrial water treatment chemicals, such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC), trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA), polyaluminum chloride (PAC), polyacrylamide (PAM), etc. Before production, we will strictly inspect raw materials to ensure the consistency and good quality of finished products.
Production Monitoring
Our team monitors and tests in real time throughout the manufacturing process. For example, in the production of SDIC chemical, we will evaluate the available chlorine content, moisture, solubility and other ingredients to meet customer specifications. In addition, we will also control various specifications of products according to different customer needs. For example, the particles used to make tablets are harder than those used directly. In the production process, we will strictly control its hardness, so that it can meet the standards of making tablets.
The following figure is a comparison of TCCA tablet with available chlorine content less than 90% (left) and TCCA 90 (right) dissolved in the water for 5 minutes.
It can be seen that TCCA that does not reach 90% available chlorine content will expand and rupture in the water. If it is used in the feeder, blockage and even danger will occur.
Sampling & Testing
After the production is completed, we will carry out comprehensive sampling and testing.
