Method

Pour the solution of sodium dichloroisocyanurate onto the water surface, or added this product directly into the pool water if not in a liner swimming pool (not recommended).

Applications

1/ Swimming Pools And Spas

Pool Disinfection: NaDCC granules maintain chlorine levels in swimming pools and spas, preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms. The dosage usually depends on the pool size and the level of contamination but is often around 2-4 grams per 1000 liters of water.

Shock Treatment: For heavily contaminated pools, higher doses of NaDCC chemicals are used as a shock treatment to rapidly elevate chlorine levels and sanitize the water.

Drinking Water Disinfection: NaDCC chemicals are commonly used to purify drinking water. They release chlorine slowly, providing a sustained disinfectant effect. The typical dosage is 2-5 mg/L, depending on the water quality and the presence of organic matter.
