Polyamine｜PA
Polyamine is a cationic polymer widely used in water treatment, such as drinking water purification, wastewater treatment, and industrial process water. Also, polyamine works greatly in drinking water treatment with Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC).
As an effective coagulant and flocculant, by neutralizing the negative charge on suspended particles, Polyamine promotes the coagulation process and makes it easier for them to aggregate into larger flocs. Then these larger flocs can be more easily removed through sedimentation or filtration.

Polyamine in Drinking Water Treatment
In water treatment processes, Polyamine serves as a coagulant aid alongside PAC, producing superior results compared to PAC alone. Polyamine can be used in potable water treatment in the following aspects:
- Surface water clarification
- Groundwater iron and manganese removal
- Organic matter and turbidity reduction
- Pre-treatment for filtration and membrane systems
This combination is particularly effective for raw water with high turbidity, organic pollutants, or seasonal changes in water quality.

- Or Blend with other inorganic or organic polymers, such as ACH, PAC PFS etc.
Dosage & Usage Instructions
- Typical dosage: 1–10 mg/L depending on raw water characteristics
- Can be added before or after PAC, depending on treatment objectives
- Best results achieved with jar tests and pilot trials
- Compatible with most conventional water treatment processes

- Packed in 25kg, 50kg, 125kg, 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC drum
- Custom packaging available upon request
- Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated area
- Shelf life: 12 months in sealed containers
